I loved using this as a preworkout! It gave me the boost of energy I needed for my 5am workouts and it didn't cause me to have a crash afterwards which is very important because I have to get through a 10 hour work day after that! It doesn't make me feel jittery or over the top hyper but it definitely helps me power through my workout. Definitely the extra pep in my workout step I needed!

This product is the first amino blend that I've tried that delivers on both quality and taste. I have a physically demanding job that requires steady stamina for 10+ hours per day.
