Improved cats teeth health
Used for a month before my cats' annual check up. We have 3 cats, but only 2 went for the annual where I got feedback.I bought this after I noticed one of my cats showing some tooth sensitivity (spitting food out, chewing weird, acting like he couldn't swallow, or like something was stuck in his teeth). He has been on watch for gingivitis since I adopted him (around 4mo old, he is now 2). I found this on the Vet Oral Health Council list of approved items and just went for it. Once he started using it on a regular basis, I didn't see any more of the signs I had seen before, and his breath has improved somewhat. The teeth that were already a concern didn't change drastically for the cat with gingivitis, but the other teeth seem to be in good shape (crossing fingers). My other cats teeth were in perfect health, so I think this has made a noticeable difference along with brushing his teeth (the cat with the gingivitis won't allow me to brush his teeth at all). Using this in combination with brushing has given the best results, it seems. My complaints about this product are that it's such a small amount of product for a large bottle (it's about half full when you get it) and the scooper is so small it can be difficult to get out of the bottle.Giving this to 3 cats on a daily basis, we went through it in about a month. It's cheaper than dental surgery and easier than brushing their teeth, so I will continue to purchase this. Our vet who specializes in only cats supports this product as well.I will say, I've used other products like the Greenies dental treats and water additives but this seems to have given the best results in the shortest amount of time.6/6/24 Update:Our boy who has the most severe gingivitis had to have some teeth removed last year. I wish I had started this product earlier, but I’ve been using it consistently ever since. We went for our annual checkup last week for two of our boys. For the one with the worst teeth, they said it’s not perfect, but it’s to the point that his teeth are manageable (and could stay this way if everything stayed the same) without having to do another round of surgery.I’ve also started teeth brushing whenever I can (no regular routine). When the vet checked his teeth, she said that there was little-to-no tartar! He hates toothpaste, so I started using treats like purée lickable stuff (think Churu) and it’s been working great! He’s the most fussy one of the bunch, so just being able to brush is a win to me.Another thing I’ve started using regular is a water additive. Nothing like a wildly expensive cat surgery and unpleasant recovery to make you try anything to prevent having to go thru it again.Overall, I would recommend this product again and again.

It works!
I’ve been sprinkling this on my cat’s food for a week now. My sister is in vet school and recommended this. My cat doesn’t mind the taste. She has really bad plaque on her teeth and should be getting routine dentals but had a seizure waking up from anesthesia so I’ve been too scared for her to go under again. Today I opened her mouth to look at her teeth and this huge piece of plaque fell off her back tooth. Her breath is still stinky but not nearly as bad as it used to be. I’m excited to continue this journey and see how her mouth health continues to get better!

Requires long-term consistent use for results but good natural product
This is very good if you have cats who have sensitive gums/teeth and may be showing early signs of gingivitis. My veterinarian recommended this because it's a very natural product and can easily be sprinkled into pet food. I add a little sprinkle to my cat's wet food for every meal - they really don't taste anything. I have noticed a difference - it is not immediate, so it requires consistent, regular use. I would just recommend tapping the bottle before use to really break up the bigger flakes so that it looks more like a powder (my cats don't like it when they're larger flakes).

The Vet was right!
Plaque off has kept all my pets from needing teeth cleaning. My Vet recommended it and it works! Really helps keep breath fresher, my last dog had puppy breath until I had to rehome him at 3y/o one of my hopes is they continue to use it. They got a free jar to go home with Kado when they adopted him.

Blood in stool
Cat started having blood in their stool, other did not but was definitely having intestinal distress. This was the only thing in their diet that changed during that period. Once i stopped, so did the blood and stress while defecating.Seemed to help with their breath a bit while they took it though…

It Helped My Cat's Breath and Teeth
I just ordered my third bottle of this. It has helped my senior cat's breath and teeth, but it's not any kind of miraculous change, he still has thick tartar on his back teeth and his breath is still not the best, but it's definitely better than without. I have used both the chunks and the powder, the powder by far is easier to sneak into his food, but he is on a low protein diet so he is exclusively canned food which I puree in a blender every day, I just throw a scoop into the blender with his food and he gobbles it up! It would be nice if the container had a wider mouth or something, I have to keep the scoop outside of the container because if you drop it in there it is a pain to get back out!

Definitely helps to freshen breath
Our little buddy is one of the most lovable cats you could ever meet, but his breath smells like something died in his mouth years ago and never left. He was a stray for a long time, living off the grid in a swampy forest in SC, getting kibble donations he shared with his group and probably fought off raccoons for, while catching birds and other small animals in his spare time. Who knows what made him this way, but he can clear a room from several feet when he opens his mouth if not on PlaqueOff.With this product, his breath is still not the aroma of roses, but is noticeably more tolerable. His teeth are shiny white too. Definitely helps and no negative side effects that we have found. He's been using it for maybe four years. We give it to him once a day. It seems to be most effective when given consistently. This powder smells faintly of seaweed, which he does not mind as he loves seafood. It's best served mixed with wet food, but works okay in kibble of that is all you have to work with. Expect some to fall to the bottom of the bowl in dry kibble.

GREAT PRODUCT
This product is great!! My cat Coopers teeth were so bad he was drooling and his breath smelled terrible. His vet wanted to remove all of his teeth for $1500. I am so glad I ran across an ad for this product!! I use as directed on his wet food and he has no idea I've added this. Fast forward 3 months, he no longer drools, his breath smells so much better, and his vet says there is a vast improvement in his dental health!! I have this product on auto ship every 3 months. 5 plus stars!!
