The ceramic cup is heavy built and very sturdy. You may feel it comfortable to use even if the drink is hot. It's very easy to wash and is dishwasher safe. The best part is the volume it can hold although at full volume may feel a little heavy in the hands.Look n feel is very appealing and comfortable to use on regular basis.

Perfect indian made cups with 100% ceramic and healthy for us to use
Perfect ,amazing , superb. Buy this and save yourself and your family from dirty materials like plastic and teflon from cheap cups , getting in your hot tea/coffee.This is a very high qaulity indian made ceramic cup and is perfect. I received a broken mug first time and exchanged it amd then they even doubled the packaging and the cups are perfect and very safe and indian made .

Note: its 550 ml not 320ml
No doubt, this product is good and break free packaging. But only problematic thing is size, which actually is 550 ml (I calculated with sizing cups) which means these are bigger.. but I accepted rather return. I could have given 5 star if size would have been appropriate as per description 320 ml.

Best for a rustic chai experience
The picture might show the mug to be small but, trust me it holds a very good quantity of your favorite hot beverage. It looks like a traditional "bharani" with a handle, and the little contours allow for heat to be retained a little longer and also ensure you don't spill anything by mistake. Worth the price.Hats off to Amazon for the quick delivery and amazing packaging. 5-star service as usual.

Design and Style ✅ but cracks all over it
Style and Design was as expectedHowever, there were many small nicks on the outer surface. However, biggest let down was a crack in the conjunction of handle and mug. That really let me down
