Product seems to be great given reviews and marketing, but we were disappointed to receive ours only to find the digital reader on it was not working. Left the seller some feedback and it was immediately replaced, thanks for making things right, love the product. . . easy fill option if wonderful, holds enough for our large coffee maker in the office, couldn't be happier.

I have (2) of their Vida pitchers that have been great for months. The electronic filter tracker on top was DoA on this one, and in the replacement I received, it died in about a week. Not sure what the deal is with this model, have had no issues with the Vida

BWT Pitcher has been designed perfectly. Much care has been taken that makes it very easy to use the water pitcher like- Rubber in the bottom (Eliminates dirt from sticking to the bottom),- Measurement mark on the sides,- Small lid on top which prevents spill on top of digital counter and the filter which is like 2 filters and not round which helps during replacement.- Small projection near the handle which helps easy removal of top part entirely.Apart from this , I got very good response from the seller for my query.Overall, This is the best water pitcher which is worth more than the price I paid.

Very disappointed with this purchase.Set it up and only filled it 13 times when the electronic component stopped working.I emailed the company 4 times and have not received any correspondence. I purchased additional filters and have a big investment that is NOT paying off I sent proof of my purchase and have received no support, contact or replacement.

I was a bit disappointed with the cover...it was difficult to put on the pitcher...just didn’t seem to want to seat properly. As it turns out, two tiny plastic tabs toward the spout were the problem, but I didn’t realize this until one of them broke off. Now, with one of the tabs gone, it does fit, but takes a bit of finesse. Aside from what seems like a poor design, the water is another story entirely. It is, without a doubt, THE BEST filtered water I have EVER tasted. Update: Days after my original review, the counter stopped working. The Seller reached out to me, then went above and beyond to rectify the situation by sending a new pitcher via expedited shipping. A+ for customer service!

Product is great. We got this because our coffee maker was constantly saying it needed to be cleaned using tap water. As soon as we started using this product the problem went away. Customer service was great, we had a problem with the lid after a couple of weeks and a replacement was shipped immediately. One thing to note, the 3.6L capacity is without the filter assembly installed. With the filter and assembly installed it is less but it provides enough filtered water for a 10 cup coffee pot.

Though, initially, I experienced a non-functioning Electronic Indicator the dilemma was quickly remedied by true professionals. The taste of the water filtered through this pitcher is the BEST I have tasted. I own other water filtering pitchers, but they don’t compare.

The indicator/counter was defective right out of the boxThe instructions tell you to boil the filter once per week. That’s a pain in the butt.
