Q: How much longer does the emulsion last with the hardener?

Great question! There is no definitive answer to this question, there are many factors that play into how long the Emulsion last after hardener is applied. Q: How difficult is it to reclaim screens after applying emulsion hardener? Will I need a dip tank?

It's pretty hard to reclaim I suggest getting a pressure washer makes it a lot easier.

Q: Do you just add it to regular emulsion?

Yes, it will work with all screenprinting emulsions! Check out the second picture in the product listing for Tech Data & Directions.

Q: Can you use it with pre sanitized emulsion or does the pre sanitized emulsion don’t need it?

Yes you may use in Ecotex Emulsion Hardener with pre-sensitized emulsion, simply follow the instructions below. 1. Make sure emulsion has been properly exposed, washed out and completely dry. 2. Using a sponge, non-abrasive pad or rag apply Emulsion Hardener to both sides of the screen generously. 3. Allow hardener enough time to evaporate and dry completely on the screen. Do not accelerate the drying process with a fan, to get a good result you should allow the screen to dry for 24 hours before use.

This stuff works!

I been using waterbased inks on a plastisol formulated emulsion with great results! It seriously has shut down breakdown! Get get that if your crossing ink types against the recommended emulsion types.
