So far so good my 2 year old loves it. I’m able to download movies from Netflix when I’m on the road and don’t have wifi. I have installed you tube kids so far a good product. I just wished the bumper cover was fully cover in the back since it has been hard to find another one for it to fit.Update as of today 4/1/19, unfortunately the tablet stopped working as of ending February. It was just working one morning then it didn’t want to turn off had to put a timer so it will. Then after that tried turning it back up never did turn on. Called Amazon and they where very helpful to return me a full refund and Purchased the 10 inch Kindle. Not sure if I just got a defective Simbans put I had already called once because it was acting up, plus the charging plug was always loose to plug it so with that you had to be very careful when it came time to charge.

Bought this tablet as a gift for my youngest son's 3rd birthday. It's perfect! I have it 4 out 5 stars overall because the software can be a little confusing for parents to set up but with some time and exploring, it works out well. I love the parental controls and how much you can customize this tablet to the age of your child. It does take awhile to fully charge (about 2 hours) but I just make sure to charge it during nap time or after bedtime. Very happy with this purchase and I've recommended it to friends. The price is excellent to considering all that is included.

I brought for my 10 yrs old daughter. She can't turn it on by herself, even I have problems. Must hold button for a while. Also the bumper only has faint makings for power and volume and the start button in under the thick corner part of the bumper and so close to the volume button. I find it easier and faster to remove the bumper on the corner to turn off or on. It also takes a while to load. My daughter plays educational games and uses for youtube.She has an 8in Samsung tablet and I wanted to get her a bigger screen. She loves the bigger screen and battery life is great as with graphics. Only had for few days so not sure yet about longevity.

Bought this produce as a Christmas gift for my 2 yr old granddaughter. So far we like the tablet. Only issue we've had is the plug, the small part that goes into tablet is not very securely made. It is already loose & crooked. We are concerned it will break then not sure how we will charge the tablet.

This tablet is very glitchy. It was working fine for the first day, but then started dying quickly and when turned on would take me to a black page with all Japanese coding. I couldn’t get it to turn back on fully. I’d like to exchange or return it. Not sure if all of these are this way, or maybe I just received a defected item?

Bought this tablet for my 2yr old son. The best ever. He loves it so much and really enjoying the pre-installed Apps. He somehow shatter the screen by accident and I reach out to Simbans the manufacturer. They sent me a brand new tablet just for $30. Simbans representatives were very responsive, professional and customer oriented. Their response and follow-through was excellent. Great Tablet, Great Customer Support, Great Company. Both me and my son are happy with this purchase.

This tablet didn't last 1 full day without crashing. My daughter got it for Christmas yesterday and in less than 24hrs the damn thing crashes. Im just going to return it because I also think this tablet is only 1 gb of ram. It feels very slow. The battery takes too long to fully charge and it only last about 5 hrs. The sound is weak and it feels like a very old android version even when you press the tabs button, the tabs are very blury and unreadable. You also can't transfer apps to the micro sd. When the case is over the tablet the power buttons and volume buttons are hard to tell them apart so you pushing volume down but it goes up, push power and volume goes up, overall DON'T get this chinese knock off, just get a reputable brand and save a headache. Also don't thrust the other reviews, they are paid reviewers. I will post some pics here from New Jersey

So, I did some research before buying this tablet. I read the reviews and they all seemed positive. I was impressed by the Kids version, as other companies don't.*This is a great tablet!* don't get me wrong. Picture is great, sound is like most tablets. The connection to the wifi network was easy and smooth. Downloading apps no problem. There is lots of space!Now, I come to the issue. Which is why I gave it only 3*'s. This is a kids tablet ment for children. Marketed as such, you would think that having control of the parental controls where important. So I went to set that up! Well when I was prompted that I can upgrade to a complete full control version. I was told that the **VERSION INSTALLED** Was not upgradeable! Which means I'm stuck with a "free-version" from the company. I will be writing the company "Kiddoware" to see if there are any potential solutions. In closing.. this is a great tablet! 100%!! Just be aware of the limitations at the unboxing. Enjoy!!

We just bought this unit three months ago and this weekend my 5 year old daughter was playing on the couch and fell off and the tablet hit the floor and cracked the screen and now it is unusable. The red rubber case was on the unit when this happened and it still crackedWe have contacted the company and are currently waiting for a response to see if we can warranty on this product, hopefully they can make it right but i am not holding my breath. Currently looking into how much it cost for a new screenFor a tablet that is geared towards kids i would have thought it would be a little stronger so we are a little disappointed to say the least

After my little one broke his iPad I decided to buy Bob the Destroyer something WAY cheaper cuz I know he is gonna eventually break it again. This works every well, runs all his games, Minecraft etc. Kid plays with it everyday. Bought a second one not long ago for myself. The new model has a normal micro USB charging port Which is much better than the old little round pin port. Recommend!
