Well worth the money
I bought this on a whim because I was looking for a jump rope and the cost of this set was what a decent rope costed. I am so glad I did. The rope is exactly what I was looking for and is great quality. The slider discs allow me to do yoga moves with no issue and the resistance bands allow me to fine tune my core exercise routine. I can also combine various pieces together for a fuller routine to get the heart pumping and calories burning. Overall, I feel that this set will last me for a while.

I usually work out at the gym and I bought this set so I could workout while away on vacation without taking anything bulky. The resistance bands are great and let me do some of the workouts I do as part of my classes at the gym, plus I found hundreds of long and short resistance band videos for free online.Sliders and jumprope were a great bonus.This all came with a little mesh bag to hold it all together which was pretty convenient.All of the products seem to be pretty good quality. Good buy even though I didn't do much working out on vacation! :).

Nice deal
Tried the jump rope for the firsr time today and I really liked it. It is nice and thin. Not crazy about the handle type but that has nothing to do with the product, just prefrence. The bands look great and I like that it travels well. Just throw it in your backpack and you are all set. I am not familiar with the discks but they do glide well across my smooth concrete floor. Overall this is a nice set for the price. I have had it for 2 weeks.

Good customer service
Upon receiving this item, I immediately noticed that one of the sliders was severely scratched. When I would slide on a hard surface floor, it scratched against my floor. I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly. They offered to replace the slider and didn't have me go through the trouble of sending the damaged one back. They even offered me different color options.As far as the resistance bands, I had no problems with them. They worked out great for my leg/abdominal exercises. They roll up sometimes, but it's just the nature of working with resistance bands. They are definitely convenient for on the go workouts, such as when traveling. I would highly recommend these products and working with this seller! I only gave these items 4 stars rather than 5 because of the initial mishap. But overall I am satisfied with the product and my interactions with this seller. =)

Highly recommend this set
Great set! Purchased this to use with a subscription streaming workout service and it’s great! The gliders are perfect for carpet or hardwood floors. Love the bands and the different amounts of resistance. Great quality all around.

Great Value for your money!
This package deal is a very good value for the amount of money you will spend. Everything included can provide a good at home (no gym needed) workout. I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy this again. It also shipped very fast to Hawaii which is rare to find.
