Love the product. It is perfect for our morning yogurt. It does get clumpy, but I prefer that over added ingredients.

My friend suggests me to take this powder because it will help to reduce stomach gas. The best is to have it without water, because water will dilute the content and move to the intestine straight away without staying in the stomach. It's better to have it without water. However, if you take this without powder, it will cause you lots of coughing if you take it too fast. Then, I learned, mixed it with yogurt or smoothie....wow. that's much easier and taste even better. though yogurt is liquid, i think the powder may stay longer in the stomach.

I love black currant! Unfortunately, it's not easy to find these wonderful berries in the US. If you're lucky you may find a very limited quantity of currants during summer time at the farmers market. Another place to buy them is a local shop that sells European products and may has some frozen black currant. I was happy to find this powder. Of course it is not the same as the actual berries but at least it is a nice reminder of the tart and sour deliciousness that also delivers a good amount of vitamin C. I love adding it to my yogurt and smoothies. Tastes delicious! As you can see on my picture, I put some powder in the spice jar, so it's easy to sprinkle on my yogurt, instead of opening the bag every time and using a scoop. Either way, it is very absorbent of moisture and will cake if it's not sealed in an airtight container. Not a big deal though. It means that there is not much of the anticaking agent in the powder, so it's a good thing. Overall I'd highly recommend this product. Enjoy!

I’ve stopped using generic pre workout that you can find at GNC or any sports store. I decided to give this a try and I’ve noticed a similar effect when I started drinking this before my workout. It’s given me sustained energy without the heart palpitations and crash at the end of my workout. This is the second time I’ve ordered this. I like using this when I go running.
