Good machine, Uses Arduino!
I thought that for such as small amount of money, it would be worth a risk to try this machine out. I really liked how it was run with GRBL and Arduino with simple, easily found and cheap motor drivers. The frame, motors and laser all mount in a way that they can be easily changed or upgraded. For a build tutorial, check out teachables. Under the workspace tab is a build tutorial!

Quality parts can make a quality laser
Works exactly as stated. It is a DIY project, you need a skill level between Lego Novice <-> Top Gear to operate!Quality parts and more customer involvement make this the perfect budget laser

Once you learn the program it's good
The build was fairly easy. Program takes a bit to figure out, but once you do it is a real nice little machine.

Initial review: Documentation is awful, incomplete and lacking detail. Google and YouTube are your friend. Once I figured it out it really works well. Since it is GRBL comparable there is plenty of free software available. So far I have tried Laser GRBL and EleksCam. Of the two I prefer EleksCam. All in all it is pretty solid and would have received a higher rating if documentation was better.
