The product is fine, but the customer service is great!
There was a slight issue with one of the easels when it arrived. The box had been tampered with during shipping so the problem may have occurred in transit. When I emailed Excello about the issue, they replied within minutes, and within two hours they had fixed the issue. Great customer service and easy to work with!

Best I can find
The first set was broken when I received it. The second set either broke if may be broken - I haven’t check it but my staff is having difficulties. We needed a lightweight and portable easel. Best I can find.

A little wobbly
This stand is easy to assemble (even though the directions make no sense). It is pretty intuitive. It is also very lightweight. My only complaint is that it is difficult to write on a pad on this stand; it wobbles a lot. Overall, not a bad purchase.

It got the job done
These were used with sticky charts, sharpies and a full two days of writing in front of a group. It slipped once or twice due coming loose but it got the job done. Wouldn’t suggest for long term use with constant writing but great for holding signs.

Easels were perfect for what we needed
These easels were used in a training program that we had and will continue to use them. The only thing I wish they had was a bag to carry them in so everything stays together. I ended up using a outside chair bag to carry them in.

UNUSABLE! Collapsed. The Legs on both of these stands were stripped!
I have ordered these before without a problem. However, this time BOTH of these stands had STRIPPED LEGS both stands COLLAPSED. Unfortunately, I could not return them because I was at an event and needed to jump on a plane. VERY DISAPPOINTED! UNUSABLE
