After trying various vitamins in capsule form, which ALL made me nauseous, I had resorted to a "children's chewable" to at least get something into my body. At two months post-op, my energy levels were very low, so I thought to give these a chance. OMG!! So glad a did!! :) The Strawberry flavor actually tastes good - keep in mind this is not candy, but they smell and taste pleasant, and do not leave an acidic after taste. They are large tablets, you eat 4 per day, but spread them out to 1 per meal at different times throughout your day. So you're getting the vitamins into your body gradually, with food, and NO NAUSEA. The tablets are scored so you can break them in half easily if needed. I've only been taking these a few days and already feel a difference in my energy level!!! Keep in mind that one bottle is only a 30-day supply, so they're not cheap. But these type of vitamins are essential to our health after bariatric surgery - particularly in the early months when we're eating so little. *** If you're wondering about chalkiness, get the STRAWBERRY flavor. I can't speak for the other flavors. Even though the tablets are large, they taste good and dissolve fully as you chew them. I don't even feel the need to rinse my mouth afterwards. I wish my doctor had recommended these vitamins, and even better, had given me a sample to try. Would have saved me a lot of time, nausea, and money. *** Don't hesitate - buy a bottle - take them with food at different times throughout your day. You will not regret it! Doesn’t have a smell , chewable, the effect of one tablet in the morning is great. You get the energy you need for the whole day long.

The vitamins are fine. But. My husband has been ordering the wild cherry flavor for several years since his bariatric surgery. This order he again ordered wild cherry and received STRAWBERRY flavor. He will use them but prefers the wild cherry.

Recommended by the doctor for post bariatric sy. Found these had the best nutritional content and were good tasting.

Giving 3 stars for one main reason..the bottle is a little misleading. It says serving size is one tablet, but come to find out you're supposed to take FOUR a day! And these things aren't small, easy to get down chewable tablets, they're huge! My little bari tummy is not happy with having to chalk down (pun intended) four of these honking things everyday. They're like the size of a water bottle cap (Radius and width).Now, the flavor isn't bad, but it's also not great. But after all, it's a vitamin, so I don't expect them to be amazing. The berry flavor is good, but they are chalky. I'll finish the bottle, but probably won't get more.

These do what they’re supposed to do—my blood tests confirm all my nutrient levels are where they should be, so they’re definitely doing their job.The flavor? Surprisingly good!
