Okay flavor and freshness.

I bought these to show my partner at the time that chocolate twizzlers were real. I hadn't had them since childhood. I don't even understand why I like them so much, it doesn't make sense...but I ate them at work, kept them in my desk drawer, and never shared them.

It comes in a solid slab and if you try to get an individual,piece it usually breaks off in small pieces. If you have a hammer and chisel you can possibly beat pieces off of the slab. This product was not like this when it was made by the original company but when Hershey’s bought that company out and began to put actual chocolate into these it all changed and got awful. I complained to them a few years ago and then bought some and was pleasantly surprised because it was greatly improved but now it appears that they have gone back to the garbage version??? I have been eating this stuff for 70+ years and I am very disappointed…it has never been this bad.

These licorice really are chocolate flavored! I couldn’t stop earring them! Very soft and aromatic! I highly recommend these delicious chocolate licorice candy!

I remember these from my childhood. Chocolate licorice, mmm-mm. These were great--- fresh, bendy and very chocolately!
