B & M BREAD BROWN RAISIN, 16 oz (Pack of 2)

It’s criminal that the makers and distributors of this bread don’t make it universally available at a retail price.

Love these. I could no longer find these in my store so luckily I found them here. We always had brown bread with baked beans.

This would be good on a hike or where dense food product is needed. Tasted ok. Strong but better with butter or honey.

Quality product

Every can was dented. The whole point of this product, beyond it being yummy, is that you open both ends of the can with a can opener then push the bread out of the can using one of the metal plates, then you remove the metal plates from both ends and slather butter and enjoy the deliciousness. (heating slightly improves everything and is recommended but not necessary). This seller sent along only dented cans. So I was left with digging chunks. Sorry.Not worth the price. If they want to send only dented cans, OK but give me a heads up and reduce to price by two thirds because this is insulting to what this product is meant to be. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!! They are charging full price for manufacturer discards. They should be ashamed.

A bit pricey but a nice flavored treat. Would definitely buy again.

Huge disappointment - growing up and early years of marriage purchasing this brown bread was such a treat - very few stores even carried it - back then it was chock full of raisins and the molasses taste was thick and sweet - this has a meager at best inclusion of raisins and the molasses taste almost metallic - nothing like it did all those years when for us it was a treat - plus you used to open the top of the can and use a 'church key' can open punch a hole in the bottom and the bread would slide out - no more - I had to slip a knife along the sides after opening both ends - I have to give it that it was fresh but heavy and dense and not very tasty with few raisins...

Love this, been searching everywhere but couldn't find it. Awesome...
