Large but seems fine
I take it daily. The pills are kind of on the large size so that makes it a little tricky to swallow if you are downing a hand full of vitamins at the same time. Tastes a bit citrusy, smooth texture and has a decent amount of vitamin C. Decent value for the money.

If your lacking on vitamin C like I WAS, this will help get you back up if you be consistent. Love this brand, trust the brand.
