As many products on the market hits and miss for 100% success rate. Everyone is unique. With my own diet thar I am using and using 2 tablets at night. Yes they may on the big side but when you're taking medication four times a day and exercise is very limited to someone with fibromyalgia. These I believe has taken a.much desired effect and achievement. I'm on my second bottle since January 2025 and will continue to order in the fure as I have noticed that I don't even crave for at night or even feel the need to want food that helps put my weight on. I will have these as treats now and then but if want too.

I thought I'd give these the another chance when my first bottle did nothing, so I bought a second bottle. Unfortunately still no results. They might work for some people, but did nothing for me.I would add that some reviews said they were a choking hazard, I didn't find this, but the tablets are large, chalky and a wee bit difficult to swallow. I think 'choking hazard' is a little bit harsh though.I didn't lose any weight at all, but that's not to say they won't work for someone else - just my experience.

Bought these as a weight loss aid. I will say I believe they did their job. However, as someone who already struggles to swallow pills these were a challenge. Many times I would choke as their are very large and chalky. The only way I was ever able to unlodge these from my throat was to throw up. This was very inconvenient as I wasted at-least a third of the bottle. Probably would not buy again for personal safety purposes.

I purchased this item recently and it's too soon to determine its effectiveness in improved sleep and weight loss. However, despite the details claiming that the size of the tablet has decreased, the tablets are very big and difficult to swallow. I have broken them up into smaller pieces, but still have problems trying to swallow them. It would be better if they were presented in a softer, capsule case.

I only been taking for two days so not sure how effective they are. Only thing I can say is take with plenty of water as they are a little difficult to swallow but if you gulp water at the same time as taking you be fine

I brought these a week ago and I've eaten a balanced diet,and taken 2 tablets each night and lost 2lb in my 1st week!! Ill be carrying on to see if I keep losing the lbs!!! Best bit for me is they work while I'm asleep...... I have health issues so can't do alot of exercise but it seems I don't have too,happy with the loss I've had and hopefully the weight keeps falling off.

*Edited 1/06/2021 with 4th and final update*... after 60 days I can confirm that these did not work for me as a weight loss aid. Infact I have put on 4lb and now weigh 11st 2lb. The heaviest I've been in years. I'll be interested to see if I lose weight after I've stopped taking them.*Edited 24/05/2021 with 3rd update* 52 days since starting the tablets and I'm still exactly the same weight (10st 12lb). Not 1lb lighter or heavier. I've been going to the gym 3 times per week since they reopened on 13th April and eating a low carb high protein diet since January plus taking these tablets since 1st April and I'm still the same weight. Sleeping has definitely improved though. It's a 60 day supply so not sure if I'll buy them again as a diet aid but if I do it'll be just as a sleep aid.* Edited 24/04/2021 with update 2 *: 24 days in and still no weight loss (10st 12lb). I'm exactly the same weight as I was when I started taking them. Have been back at the gym daily since 13th April and have been eating a low carb, high protein diet of mostly steamed fish, vegetables and rice all month... not lost anything other than my patience! If anything I think I'm getting fatter! Will update again in 1 month. So far these are just great sleep aids.11/04/2021: So far I'm on day 11. No weightloss at all (Still 10st 12lb), I still weigh exactly the same. However my appetite seems smaller so I'm snacking less. They've definitely improved my sleep so as sleeping aid they're great. Experienced some stomach pain but nothing major. I'm sticking with them to see if any weight loss happens. I'll post again with an update after I've been taking them longer.
