Very good product
The media could not be loaded. Its size is small and easy to carry. You can wash 4 to 5 clothes everyday easily. It is easy to use . It is value for money and clothes are getting wash correctly. You can comfortably use it. It is having 15mins timer.

Worst service
The media could not be loaded. The product stopped working after 4 months of purchase when we raise a complaint they are saying they have no person in chennai available for service they are telling to hire a technician. In worst case if my technician opens it they will not claim for warranty. The product is lying useless

Small size, superb performance, great purchase
Washes clothes well. Small in size but great in use for daily washing of small quantity of clothes. Worth the price. Hopefully, it will be durable for a long time.

Not a good product as mentioned in the description.
This product doesn't work as for the description. When you put 2kgs of clothes in it it works like very slow . And the condition while washing is feels like just not good.

Too bulky for wash capacity offered
Was delivered when I was facing a medical problem.Wanted to return since , being 80 yrs old, retd General , did not meet the reqmt.When I could attend to it, return window had passed.Now want to return it please. Pl oblige, as an exception,since I am prime member have participated in all wars and have served India well. Thanks.Cheers for Amazon Prime , in service of war veterans and sr citizens¹

Great Product & Service
The product is very efficient & easy t operate. The Customer Support team is the best. I had some issues with the product after 11 months and the support team sent me a new motor and guided me step by step and ensured that the product works upto my satisfaction. YOU CAN DEFINITELY BANK ON DMR PRODUCTS. I have never seen DMR type of customer support in India. Thank you so much.

Good product
Though it cannot substitute for a normal capacity washing machine, but it is a great add on even for people already having a full capacity machine. I have been using it for past 3 weeks. Can be used easily if u wish to wash only a few numbers if clothes. Can be easily used for even single cloth, for eg a पोछा or clothes likely to shed colour and thus needing separate washing.But don't expect heavy duty washing or drying. The quality of pipes could have been better.
