If you move around on the pad, it will set the alarm off. Was not able to use it will her new mattress. All of her kids are seniors so one may need it sooner or later. It does work, well very sensitive.

So far so good. My 91, almost 92, yr old father fell a few weeks ago and broke his hip and femur so had to do surgery 😢. The rehab facility they sent him too was terrible so I brought him home to take care of him and give him PT. These have been great, I purchased both the chair and the bed alarm. I do wish the alarms were a bit louder but it could be just me. I think I will be saving up for the pager they have. Thank you for a great product

My father in law has dementia. This alarm alerts us when he gets out of bed at night. Works great!

Works well once you get it positioned correctly for your person. One draw back is, I wish it had an on/off button instead of continually pressing the reset or unplugging.

Avoid this company. I returned this item two months ago and it hasn't been "received," so I'm not getting a refund. I returned it along with multiple other items, and I have the receipt from UPS with the tracking numbers, so this is just ridiculous. P.S. don't use any similar pad alarm with a pacemaker unless you put it over 6 inches away from the pacemaker so there's no magnetic interference. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

This one is cheaper than the others and it works perfectly . You do have to buy new batteries for it and they are unique for this device other than that it works awesome!!

I had high hopes for this product. My father-in-law is weak from brain cancer but the dementia-like symptoms keep him from realizing that he doesn't have the strength to get out of bed so he tries and falls overnight. Unfortunately this pad was far too sensitive and, while it was positioned under his rear end like the directions indicate, it went off every time he shifted or rolled in bed. It didn't last a whole night on the bed before my mother-in-law got fed up and unplugged it.
