Love the Simple Mills muffins. They use high quality ingredients and the muffins are not gritty like some grain free products.

I love that this banana bread mix is a healthier option but still tastes amazing. For extra deliciousness, I highly recommend using coconut oil, adding 2 very ripe mashed bananas, and tossing in some keto-friendly dark mini chocolate chips. The result was moist, flavorful, and even kid and husband approved! Definitely a pantry staple in our house now.

Sometimes just want make something and don’t have all ingredients- this makes an easy way to make quick bread or muffins (great for young kids to help in the kitchen as well).Love the flavor, worth the money, texture was good

It is SO hard to get my son to eat anything outside of snack foods and dry cereal as he is supremely picky about what he eats. I do my best to provide healthy, whole foods or minimally processed foods for my family and was delighted when I tried this muffin mix from the store recently and my son LOVES them (both Pumpkin and Banana)! The only problem is they are $8 in the store so I was even more delighted when I found out I could get them for about half that on Amazon subscription! This mix couldn't be easier to make (just add water, a few eggs and 1/3 C of your choice of oil (I have tried EVOO, macadamia nut and avocado oils and have found that my favorite flavor profile is macadamia nut or EVOO or half and half - avocado oil doesn't work or taste as good with these - just trust me), the muffins are so yummy and I love that they use a minimal, almond flour based ingredient list. The only thing that would make them better in my opinion is if they ditched the sugar and instead used Stevia or Monkfruit as sweetener. If they made a version with no added sugar it would be a home run for me! I actually add a couple tablespoons of monkfruit to the mix and think it tastes even better that way. I also like to add a few Lily’s chocolate chips to put them over the top taste wise. However, if you’re going to do that, my advice is to bake them for 5-10 minutes FIRST and then add the chips. If you add them before baking at all, they will sink to the bottom of the muffin pan.Even still, I love this mix as it is and I love that I can get it so much cheaper on Amazon than in the store! I love this cake/muffin mix. Lower in sugar and relatively low in carbs it makes a great base for cakes. I don't feel as guilty making a dessert that's not overly sweet or calorie-laden either. I used this in a lemon/lime poke cake recipe and it worked really well.

This is a healthier version to making muffins but I did not like the taste at all. Didn’t taste like pumpkin at all. I love the banana one especially if you add a ripe banana to it.
