Solid bench, comfortable and sturdy
Took me 5 minutes to set up out of the box. I do step-up exercises on this, so I consider it very sturdy. Also, if you’ve ever benched and had a wobbly frame, it’s very annoying - this does not do that. Very happy

Almost no assembly required.
Goes together very quickly, practically no assembly involved at all. In fact, you could use it right out of the box, if you didn't want the front ankle supports. Seems quite strong, too. The "tools" are just the spring pins that lock it in the open position, no tools actually required.The base could be a bit wider left to right, I might just bolt it down to a sheet of plywood if that becomes a problem.But a very good value for the price!

Tops In Its Class
Excellent so far. I feel the item is in the top of its class for sturdiness and functionality. I felt the size was more geared towards a shorter person. I found it a little uncomfortable when trying to do sit ups as small of my back would get catch in the mid-section of the bench. I put a folded towel in the gap to level it out which solved the issue.

Decent, but not easily folded
It's pretty decent. I had expected the seat part to be adjustable, but it's not. Only the back adjusts. (Quite easily, too.)The "folding" feature is highly misleading. Yes, you can pull a pin and get it to fold, but it's a pain, and getting it back in when you want to use it is more so.This is not heavy duty. If you are The Hulk you might want to spend a bit more.@ 185 and not lifting heavy weights, this works great for me. It really makes a big difference in my workout.
