Update I did get a replacement pump!!!Solid product thank you so much for the replacementI would rate it higher, but there’s no pump. Makes it very difficult to get out of the bottleI think that was probably just an oversight. I will upgrade my rating if I get one. I am on a subscription, maybe if i like to try another one of varieties 🤷♀️so I’ll try to reach out to the seller.

Wow....soft twist outs
Wow....my natural hair was so soft and bouncy all the way to the tips. Nice twist out after washing it out. I didn't feel as if I had to rinse my hair twice. I just tried this because I wanted to try a shampoo with all those toxic ingredients. Will buy 2 more bottles.

It works on hard water
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good scalp scrub. I’d prefer a clear product, but this has some pearl to it. The pump is wimpy. Could use a different style.

Great product but the consistency is very runny
This is a good quality shampoo, it smells great, the condition of my hair is smooth and soft, cleans my scalp nicely with less itchiness, but it is so thin. When I pour it in my hand and try to put it on my hair, it runs down my palm and arm, so I feel like I am not getting as much on my head.

Awesome shampoo and smells amazing
I love this shampoo. My hair volume doubled first wash. I put WHT I usually put on my hair and it was thick and It seemed like I used way too much shampoo. It will last awhile. I have hair that is really long and still was sooooo thick and creamy. And the smell was amazing. The pump didn't work though but who cares haha.

Formula Has Changed!
As others have pointed out this company for unknown reasons has decided to keep the ingredients listed on their bottle identical yet has changed the formula. I have used this product for over 2 years and considered it a 5 star shampoo. My most recent purchase of this shampoo is now comparable to a shampoo purchased from a dollar store. I was committed to this product for life until they decided their customers no longer mattered. Now I'm left to find a product comparable to the way this shampoo used to be.
