I gave a 4 star due to packing I have this on subscription every 2 months the first order came perfect the second one open and spilled out. The third one opened and spilled out half full. I love this product I gave a 4 star due to packaging not the product please fix the packaging. Oh, also the squirt top is awesome.

I use this liberally to dress my salads and to help manage weight for better health. It’s a great mixing oil, because it has a neutral, tasteless flavor. It’s also helping me to shed those last few, stubborn pounds of hip fat. Just remember to work your way up with the dosage. I can manage up to 5 tablespoons. When I went too fast with the dose, I had stomach issues like loose stools, nausea, bloating & gas.

Love it. It has a very nice squirt style that is anti leak. I use a squirt of it in my coffee and it replaces the need for any cream or milk. Very smooth and delicious.
