Useful for self-checking oxygen levels
My GP said my oxygen saturation levels were low ("sats"), so I decided to check them at home.I asked her which type they use and it was ChoiceMMed.I don't know if it's the exact same model.It looks well made and easy to use.I use it on the middle finger of my left hand.You can set different displays and when you press the button, a nice coloured OLED display starts up.I found I needed to leave it least 30-seconds to settle down.Don't use the first reading that comes up.The pulse rate is accurate, but you can't check the oxygen level unless you compare it with a clinical calibrated device.The readings are consistent.Battery life, two AAA cells is good.Overall, a good device to have with you if you have any sort of breathing difficulties.
