Not a lot of BS questions or hoops to jump through to figure out the problem with my battery powered vacuum( shark). Once they solved problem offered solution. Took all of 5 mins at most from start to filters ordered. My kind of customer service: fast ( really fast), to the point, and done , no oh by the ways or side selling! All business. The filters are easy to install, very high quality, great value for the price I paid and fit exactly like should. The airflow provides like- new vacuuming again! Recommend EXTREMELY highly and without hesitation!

Changed my filter but smell still exists
I have to vacuum daily because two huskies and a cat. The air was starting to smell when I vacuumed and I got tired of washing the same filter. These filters were easy to replace but the smell is still there. I have a Dyson V7, so one of the older models. I don’t think it’s the filters fault, but it doesn’t seem to be helping? Not sure. But there is no other filter component that can be changed in my V7 unfortunately and I’ve cleaned out the basket.
