As needed this product works really well, for me this means using only once or twice a week, and so, it works really well.They have a pleasant taste and dissolve slowly under the tounge. The time from over the lips and into a pleasant sleep is 15 to 20 minutes.Highly recommend!

But getting to sleep has been better using this brand. Tastes ok, does dissolve fast. It's 10mg so i take one or two and they send me to see morpheous. No drowsiness in the morning. Good option.

I have been taking melatonin for years. Mainly for work. I need 8 hrs sleep and need to govern when. It lets U sleep 8hrs and wake with no affect. It also lowers blood pressure. I like these cause they are the 1rst ones that have a orange flavor that is very pleasant I will be getting these the rest of my life.

Tastes great and works very fast. Within a half an hour of taking this I am sleepy. I repeatedly by this melatonin.

First one wasnt sealed properly so ended up not having them in time. When I did finally receive the second bottle they do not taste anything like cherry flavor should. Another brand i had previously was alot better so I will not being continuing with this brand.
