Great replacement screen and pretty easy to install of you have the right tools (heat gun). The resolution of the screen is certain not Apple quality but it’s not fair to expect that for $31. It is definitely better than I expected, however. Will buy it again if my screen gets cracked again.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely terrible experience—if I could leave zero stars, I would. The phone has had issues since day one of installing this screen. I’ve replaced phone screens before and know how to handle the process carefully. Installation went smoothly, but the screen was severely flawed from the start.For the past month, the screen has been malfunctioning nonstop. It randomly presses buttons, scrolls on its own, and constantly enters the wrong passcode, locking me out of my own phone. I included a video. The phone also overheats frequently. Face recognition no longer works even though the (front)camera works. Back cameras have stopped functioning entirely. It’s been a massive headache. Entire 1/4” on left side of the screen is black and non responsive. And there are lights that seem to blur and beam off of graphics on the phone. Plus my battery has taken a severe decrease in functionality. Shortly, after installing the screen, my phone alerted me and said that my battery needs servicing and to take it into an authorized dealer.The packaging included a note saying the screen could be replaced without sending the original back—just scan a QR code or visit a website. I tried, but the page was unavailable. It’s unclear whether that was due to the phone’s ongoing issues or if the link was simply broken. Either way, my phone is still barely functional.Do not buy this product.

Great product with everything included in the kit. The suction cup was not powerful so I had to use a blade but that was the only issue.

My daughters phone got liquid in it or something and it wasn't working. We didnt know whether we would have to get a new phone or if there was a solution to the problem. This worked like magic. It looks like a new phone! The size was correct and it was definately worth the money!

This product has everything you need. I love the magnet for the screws. I have to say I've replaced screens in the past, but this is the best kit I've seen. It took me about 3-4 hours because I took my time watching a fixit youtube video, but it's worth it. The screw drivers also where magnetically charged so they picked up the tiny screws.My daughter said, "They cooked and left no crumbs!"

First, no instructions are included, and tools are cheap and ineffective, the plastic tweezers breaking, and the suction cup ring bent off with minimal pulling.. I went through the entire replacement process using a video, and when time to test the screen, it never came on. Stayed black, even though I could feel the taptic vibrations. This was just a pain start to finish. Now I have to order another new screen and wait for delivery and then do this all over again. And I have to go out of my way to return this junk.
