KarndeanDesign Flooring Basic Stripper/Remove 750Ml

A professional floor service had to apply the product twice for the other Karndean sealer & polish to work. And even then it was less than impressive! Very expensive & Very Poor results! We have Karndean floors & ordered their products for a refresh! Extremely disappointed !

Apparently there was a rename from “Basic Stripper” to “Remove” which I suspect was encouraged by search terms not returning the right kind of results for the product. Understandable, but confusing and I hope the seller updates the product images and also include an image description that clarifies that this is indeed the “Remove” product.If you are in the market for a cleaning product to “Remove” things from the floor more aggressively than their “Clean” product this is it. For me, I had some paint splatter from DIY painting (airless spray and rolling). For minor paint splatter that involves latex water based paints ”Remove” does a decent job of removing it. For me this process included first getting combination of getting the diluted “Remove” solution sponged onto the floor (giant sponge) and letting it sit for 5-10 min. From there some light scrubbing with a Heavy Duty Non-Scratch Scouring Pad from Crown Choice and spot cleaning the more intensely covered areas while the floor was still damp. This was followed by the normal Karndean cleaning lineup (Clean and Refresh). There were some recommendations to use other products, but in general my philosophy is to use what is recommended by the manufacturer first and then seek alternatives if that option fails - for me, this option was sufficient.
