Soft Wheat Flour Type "0" Nuvola by Antimo Caputo - 2.2 lb

Best I have ever used. Creates the most airy crispy crust. I always use Caputo 00 with great success so when I saw this I thought I'd give it a try. Used with Caputo yeast made the best crust I have ever made. Was skeptical of the price but was worth every penny. High heat 850+ Works fabulously.

Gave a perfect rise for incredible cornicione! Delivery was super fast and accurate.

One 2.2lb bag of flour for $33. This should be a 6 pack at least for that price. That's what i assumed and bought in haste. Don't fall victim to this rip off. Not eligible foe return either.

I canceled my order after careful reading that this is one 1kg bag. You can get a case of 10 1kg bags of caputo red or blue 00 for around $45 and in the last couple years I have bought 10 bag cases of the red for low to mid $30s. So it seemed plausible I could get 10kg of this 0 flour for around $30.Ps This misleading showed up as a sponsored result in searches I did for "caputo 10 pack" and other wording variants.

I pay 60 dollars for 4.4 lb of flour and no option of return
