i only use honda fluids in my honda cars. sure, the generics may work as well. but i would rather spend a little more money and get the fluids that were engineered to be used in my vehicle. doing the fluid changes saves me money so i get the real honda fluids. power steering fluid is often neglected in most peoples cars. look at your owners manual and see that ps fluid has a regular change interval. use honda brand with regular changes, and you lower the chances of having power steering issues in the future. much better price than the local dealers.
