Great product

I’ve been buying this product for almost 5 years in Canada. They stopped making it here and I had no choice but to order from Amazon, USA and pay the hefty shipping price. It’s worth it and I would do it again and again. With this product, a little goes a long way, but I always put a little bit extra because it just keeps my curls holding so well. I highly recommend it!

Smells great but it’s on the runny side. Be careful how you handle this jar because it will spill very easily. I do believe half the reviews on here. Only mine didn’t spill like some other customers experienced. Mine had a good bit filled to the top. So just be very mindful when purchasing this product.

Fabulous conditioner. Does not make hair greasy or heavy.The container is a bit awkward… if I was rating the container I’d give it a 3 star. The product is worth the awkward container .

I waited several weeks for this and it showed up today with no seal on the product and leaking. My wife suggested I return it just in case it has been tampered with. I am bummed because I normally love this conditioner and the smell is great and it leaves my curls looking fantastic.

OK, like all the concerned buyers over here, I received my conditioner in the same 'unsealed' condition with a little bit of conditioner oozing from the edges of the container. And naturally, I had my suspicions and looked at the review with many mentioning the same thing, but throwing 1 star ratings and returning the product Instead, I called NEXXUS customer services from their website (their number is attached in the photos) and asked them about the conditioner, and guess what? they verified that the conditioner is produced unsealed in the same condition I (and everyone else) received. So I decided to use the conditioner and O M G!It is one of if not the best hair product I have ever used! It leaves my hair super soft and calms down the frizz from 100% to 10-20'ish %. It smells amazing and never leaves a 'greasy' feeling. I believe I will be using this for the looooong time. I highly recommend it, cheers!

I switched to Therappe/Hemectress due to availability of the curl define shampoo and conditioner. It was serendipity at its finest. Those two combined with this leave-in and some coconut oil, fixed my chronic dry hair.
