I purchased this to try to get some volume in my hair and it works fairly well. I've tried soooo many products and some have done nothing for my hair and some have weighed down my hair so much it felt dirty. This product doesn't hasn't done that. I have short hair with no body in it. I still have to use my curling iron, but this product helps hold the curl a little better than most products I"ve tried. The price is decent, and a lttle goes a long way...it's got the texture of a lotion versus a gel or heavy cream that tends to weight down my hair.

I have had thin, flat hair my whole life (male) that is prone to looking greasy when using ANY product in it. I am not particularly hairstyling inclined either. This is the only product I have ever used that gives some extra body to my hair and actually hold it in place without looking crunchy like gels or greasy like other creams.TIP: I have found that it works best when you put it in your hair after the shower when it is a little damp then BLOW DRY it. That seems to “activate” it. Without blow drying the hair sits flat and looks greasy, so I am guessing the negative reviewers missed that step. I love that I can even sleep on it, wake up and restyle it for a messy, wind-swept look and not just like I haven’t washed my hair for a week.I have tried every gel, cream, mousse, powder and everything in between and have finally found the right product for my hair. Your experience with your hair might differ - but I am SOLD for life!

Styles nice. Just use a little for short hair. Can be greasy if you use too much.

Put a little dab of this on your hands and work into damp hair following a shower. It will make your hair seem fuller and easy to comb and keep in place while not weighing it down. No noticeable scent.

I have fine, totally straight Northern European-type hair. It is chin length, and I part it down the middle. I love to just wash it, dry it and go! It used to fall into my eyes, given the simple style I choose. But what a frustrating thing to have hair in your eyes. Tried lots of product to keep the hair in place --- Aveda, stuff from pharmacy but This product is best. Doesn't flake. Keeps the hair in place. Doesn't get stiff. Easy to apply. Good price.
