Q: How to inflate 50 ballons?

Insert a straw until you hear a pop sound. Then pinch the straw so the air doesn’t come out and use the straw to blow air into the balloon. You can use your mouth or a hand pump. Then slowly remove the straw. Hope this helps.

Q: Do you need helium for the balloons?

You don't, but in order to hang them, you'll need tape for sure. I believe it comes with string, but I blew them up myself and they stayed up all day.

Q: Does the balloons come with helium in them already?

No they don’t come with helium, that would be pretty hard to ship with helium in them. And honestly the balloons suck anyway. It was a horrible set of decorations.

Q: How do I blow up the helium balloons ?

I tried to just blow them up using a straw but it tore the balloon. If you want to use them you will need to take it somewhere that has helium. Some places will let you bring your own balloons in.
