It's important to me that any soy product we consume be organic...otherwise it's sprayed and most likely GMO. I like that it has a long shelf life and doesn't require refrigeration. It's perfect for pies and puddings. Been using this brand for over 30 years...highly recommend!

We are never without mori Nu in our pantry.Makes great salads, salad dressings, sauces, vegan puddings, etc. etc. …. and we mix it with liquid Just Egg to make even more delicious scrambled “eggs”.Possibilities almost endless.

This has to do with warehousing, not the product itself, which I’d give a 4. I bought a 12-pack of Mori-Nu organic Silken Tofu. I didn’t notice the Best-used by date was just 4 weeks from the delivery date — far short of the manufacturer’s stated shelf-life.

For the most part, I use this tofu/tubu for soon dubu jjigae. It's just right for one serving.Thankfully, there is no taste, something that detracts from American brands of tofu. There is an expiration date marked on the package, but I've never had a problem. These packages are sealed well and it seems that the tofu is as fresh as when it was put in the package.

This is a great organic alternative to what is found at the grocery store.Tastes great.

I have been buying this product for a while and love the silky tofu. However, in the most recent package the tofu texture was like dried out styrofoam. Not sure what happened but definitely not what I expected to receive!
