Exquisite quality and taste
The best black cocoa powder! I needed a black cake for a my son’s 4th birthday. The icing I used black cocoa, butter, confectioners sugar, and a little milk. It was the perfect combo of dark chocolate with sweet. I didn’t have to use black gel paste or dye. It’s great quality!

Nothing left to say but King Arthur products are the BEST
if you’ve never tried a King Arthur product, you're missing out. I started with their flour, then other baking products like yeast, cocoa, love their jammy bits. Used this to make marbled rye…you can’t go wrong if the name on the product is King Arthur

Strong chocolate
This is a strong chocolate. From my experience, next time I use this product, I will start with 1/2 of whatever the recipe is calling for. I made a chocolate wafer cookie and they were stronger then an oreo.
