Times have changed.
I loved the two cups I bought in 2022. I feel that the quality has lessened. It is not quite the same as my first two. Both the plastic cup, itself, and the difference in the seal inside of the lid, causes me to question whether the cup is even keeping the contents as hot as the other two. I am disappointed with my purchase.

Works as described, you’ll like it
Simple to use. No gizmos. It looks like a kids cup bc it’s so uncomplicated. I like it and I’ll most prob keep it. Very smooth cup. Love the bright green one I got.I also bought a Copco, Green Acadia Travel Mug, 16-Ounce, and I like it too. The one thing that I prefer about the Copco is that it has a fake paper sleeve, like you’d get at a mini-mart and i like the texture of the fake sleeve. In both cases i like that the lid twists on. It’s tight and doesn’t leak. In both cases they have a gasket that i left in when i washed them. I put soapy water in the gasket groove, leave it for a while, then rinse it out then leave water in the groove for some time. After that I flip it over to drain and dry. Simpler than when u read my description.Either way you’ll like ‘em both.

The all-around best travel mug out there.
There are several advantages to this cup:1. It holds more than the typical 16 oz. cups. If you like coffee as much as I do, 16 oz. won't get you through the morning.2. The top won't come off accidentally. Like another reviewer points out, it screws on so it won't dribble like the press on lids.3. It keeps the contents hot for longer than most "insulated" cups. I haven't used it for cold liquids, but it does work for hot ones.4. Contrary to another reviewer, there is absolutely no imparted taste, plastic or otherwise.5. It fits older automobile cup holders. The bottom is 2.5" and fits perfectly, unlike the majority of cups with a 3.0" base.6. It is simple. No mechanisms to go bad. No graphics to scratch. No thermal glass to break. Nothing to get caught on something else.Considering this, what do you want in a travel mug/cup? Capacity, simplicity and keeping the contents at temperature. What do you get with the To Go Hot & Cold Beverage Tumbler? All of this and it will fit more holders than the others. If you want fancy graphics or kitschy gadgets like a bottle opener or spring loaded sipping hole cover, this is not for you.Admittedly, with the smooth surface, you could get artistic and personalize it many ways if you really needed to.Nearly 100% of all coffee shops and convenience stores use this design for their disposable cups. Wonder why? This adds the advantage of a lid that doesn't accidentally fall off or drip. You won't go wrong with this travel cup.

Dishonest marketing for repeat buyers
My union had a to go tumbler like this and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Well, I loved it until I drove away with it on top of my car and it shattered. Fortunately, I had bought this little baby as a second, and had one just like the union tumbler, only without the logo. All's good. It had been a couple years before I bought this 20-oz tumbler, and I really wanted a second, to replace the now-deceased union one. Click on the old order, with the clear heading "YOU BOUGHT THIS ITEM ON [DATE}. I bought another.Imagine my surprise and irritation to find that the supposedly EXACT SAME THING I BOUGHT BEFORE was magically now only a 16-oz sized tumbler. I double checked. Yep, it says I bought this exact item. But then there are two answers to this.1. The company is deliberately lying to us, charging the same for a larger item that is now really a smaller item.2. There's a mistake here.In either case, I was charged for a 20-oz tumbler and got a 16-oz tumbler. True, it says on the page that the item is a 16-oz tumbler, but it also distractingly said loudly as a headline that I had bought THIS EXACT item before. But the item I bought was a 20-oz tumbler. Perplexity. Now, it's not surprising that smaller items are going for the prices of larger items (anyone remember the old "World's Finest" bars, and seen what they now sell?). But it is, at very least, dishonest. I wanted a 20-oz tumbler. And I got a smaller one. It's still a great tumbler, but it's not what I expected when I bought it.The moral of the story? if you've changed the item, then don't advertise it as the same thing you had before. Way uncool. Way deceptive. And a really good reason for future purchasers to doubt your integrity.

Cups match size of previous cups.
These cups are a perfect replacement for the Starbuck’s Venti size cups. They are also a nice black to match our decor. In addition, the lids don’t snap on. Instead they screw on.

Strong plastic odor, poor design , poor insulation
The only thing I like about this cup is the color. Using it with hot liquids, the cup gets too hot and I’ve burned myself. Also, the plastic arrived with an extremely strong odor most of it from the rubber gasket. I had to put a lot of effort into minimizing the smell, scrubbing it numerous times with multiple different products. The insulation on this cup is terrible. I have numerous insulated mugs and I’ve never burned myself just touching the outside of the cup. Do not like . Do not recommend. Have not tested it with cold liquids yet to see if it keeps them cold, but due to the poor insulation I doubt it will be good for that either. Also, the cup has a very cheap plastic look and feel, like something from the dollar store. This is just overpriced garbage.
