I just bought a new supply of this product. I have used it for a while and reordered before. It was a clear color with both orders. The new shipment has a yellowish tint to it. I read this vendor’s reviews closely after it arrived to see if anyone else had a batch that was yellow. There were people who had noticed and did not trust the product, so I was going to return my order.Today, before I submitted a return request, I went to the website of “The Ordinary” and submitted a question about the yellow tint on this product. They had a pre-written answer on the website. Must be a frequent query. It is below in quotes. In addition, I went to the Sephora website and looked up this product. They have pictures of this product with the yellow tint. I tested this new formula on half my face, and the old formula that I had left on the other side of my face. They feel and smell the same. Ok - I am not returning!Love this product. I like the 2% hyaluronic acid better than the 1% - 1.5% that most formulas contain. Better for the dry parts of my face. I wash my face, pat dry, then immediately put my daily moisturizer (Clinique Dramatically Different) with 3 drops of the hyaluronic acid, two drops of vitamin C15 with vit. E & ferulic acid, and two drops of vitamin A. Pat in all over my face and neck. It’s a great combo for a daily glow and smooth base.“The Ordinary” website response:“This formulation has a slight yellow tinge when compared to our previous formula due to the addition of a ceramide blend. This is the natural colour of this new ingredient. Ceramides are lipids (fatty molecules) found naturally in the skin that help prevent moisture loss to keep skin hydrated.”

Is it Botox, No! However, it's better! I have severe dry middle age skin, and this seems to be working wonderful! Makes face has nice feel to it, lightweight(little goes a long ways) smooth even skin tone feeling! Now I get botox/fillers -let me please STRESS to all- years later it stops working so much, it's costly, you still will have lines(in 40's), just love yourself! Pamper yourself with this beautiful odorless serum! Drink water, exercise, laugh, smile, & love yourself! This is worth the hype! I don't use under my eye's bc it does plump the skin in a way you are able to feel! It's sticky but for sure beautiful feeling on the skin! Skip the botox and give this a shot, I do use the Ordinary Lotion with it & Impressed!

I've been on a mission the past few years to find what products work best for my 40yr old combination and reactive skin type and have landed on this serum. The price is just right and it actually works. My t-zone is oily but the rest of my face is so dry that it can get flaky if I don't stay on top of it. Adding this to my routine has helped immensely. I can feel immediate hydration when applied. I like the little bottles, they hold a good amount but are small enough for throwing in my makeup bag when I travel. Only takes a little bit to get good coverage.

Have been using this stuff for a few years and love it! I've always ordered directly from the website so this was my first order from Amazon. I did notice the liquid was a little yellow, normally it's completely clear. Texture is the same, no weird smell- so hopefully it's still good. Same price so I think I'd go back to ordering from the manufacturer. It's great to apply when I feel dry, or before my moisturizer. I even apply it to my lips.

This stuff is amazing!!! My daughter gave me my first bottle (she got it in a subscription box), used it for a month, and was blown away by how much my face and neck retain moisture all day long! So I bought 2 more bottles on Amazon! :) Since I use a retinol at night, I only use this in the morning, let it soak in, then apply moisturizer. My skin is soft and supple all day. Important: hyaluronic acid plumps up your skin, so I don't use it around my eyes, as I don't want my eyes to appear puffier than they already are. I do use it on my lips before lip balm, and it feels amazing. A little goes a long way, so don't overuse (i.e. waste) it. I put a small drop on my neck/chest, another one around my lips, and a larger drop to do my forehead/nose and each cheek. No irritation, and the price is phenomenal for the product. Fragrance-free. BTW, I'm 64 years old, and for mature skin, this stuff really makes a difference!!

YES. Just yes. I got this trying to find a skin routine I could stick to and still be able to justify the price. The product quality is fantastic. My skin has LOVED this. There is a noticeable skin tone improvement. I use a little in the morning and evening. This bottle. will last me a while. After using, my skin can feel a little sticky with only this product, but when I finish with my lotion, there's no odd feeling at all. My skin feels good and looks good!
