locate the psu indoors and then simply use a longer rj45 for the poe connection to antenna

Yes - set one as a master (access point) and the other a slave (station) with a unique SSID and it will bridge. You may need another access point in your shed if you want wireless devices to connect.

Q: How do you connect 2 of these together to create a bridge? (1.5km)

Take two Nano satations: Mark them as A, B Arrange your PoE adapter, cables and mounting bits & pieces for local and remote points Test the setup locally before the final installation Select a clear line of sight for A & B to see each other accross your (1.5km) bridge Conncetions: A: Conncect PoE adapter PoE port to the Lan port on the Nano Connect your LAN (Router or Switch) to the Lan port of the Poe adapter Poe adapter to power B: Conncect As above but using a seprate remote Switch/Router for the remote site Configuration: Conncet your PC/Laptop to the local switch port to access A airOS set the PC's static IP to 192.168.1.10 Launch browser and hit 192.168.1.20 login as ubnt pw: ubnt .... follow the instructions ref password etc. A: Select Wireless Tab Wirelwss Mode: Access Point WDS Leave auto unchecked Pick an ssid name Select a clear channel (use airview util from Tools dropdown) Wireless Security: Use WPA2 and PSK. Now invent a decent password Click Change (DO NOT APPLY yet) Goto Network tab Set Network Mode to: Bridge Bridge IP to static eg: 192.168.1.10 255.255.255.0 Gateway IP eg: 192.168.1.1 Check AirMax is enabled under Ubiquity icon A is ready now Click Apply button B: Conncect to B as for A After OK login Wireless Tab: Wireless Mode: Station WDS Supply the SSID as set in A or use the Select button to pick A's SSID and lock to that device Supply the same Security setting used in A Click Change (DO NOT APPLY yet) Goto Network tab Set Network Mode to: Bridge Bridge IP to static eg: 192.168.1.11 255.255.255.0 Gateway IP eg: 192.168.1.1 Click Apply B is ready Test & Commision
