I have rosacea, hormonal acne, sensitive and oily/dry skin... Which is the worst thing to use ANY active... I bought this and use it as instructed and it is AMAZING... The fact that I can even use retinoid on top of this is a miracle... And the best of all: I don't have to wear thick creams to avoid irritation and of course get oily skin. Worth The price and preferred instead of thick creams!

Great product

I absolutely LOVE this product. My skin is extremely sensitive, redness and acne prone yet dry. I've used so many so called "clean" products only to see major irritation. I'm so surprised with this brand, their products actually do exactly what they claim to do and the prices are amazing. This panthenol serum totally helped save my irritated skin. I just mixed couple drops to my Avene Control recovery balm, and it calmed the irritation and balanced the moisturization level within days. I already bought extra bottle of this as well as their hyaluronic, collagen and ceramide serums.

I was really struggling with my skin barrier, even trying to advance with tretinoin slowly over a long time. This was a game changer when I mix it with my tretinoin at night. I have been able to progress in tret strength because it really saved me from feeling, flaking, in a compromised skin barrier! I had tried all sorts of other things with other healing barrier creams, tons of different moisturizers, making sure my cleansers were gentle... This really made a key difference!

I've been on new medication since November that has made my skin, in particular my face, go through some dramatic changes including dryness and what I though was rosacea. In a desperate attempt to save my skin I read that the ingredients in my current moisturizer are the best thing to use but looks like the quantities are on the lower side. Cheapest one to increase is the one that it was missing the most of VIT B5. Out of pure coincidence I found this concentrate and glad I did! I was not expecting miracles because I'm not really a beauty DIY person but if you can take an empty bottle, fill with your "carrier" which for me was the moisturizer, and add a couple drops from the concentrate than you are good.My moisturizer is $16 a bottle and trust me I did not want to waste product lol but this worked out just fine. A few weeks I could see a noticeable difference in my skin less dryness and that weird redness had lessened, at that time it still needed help from other products that I later introduced but I've kept it consistent in using my diy upgraded moisturizer. Always do the spot tests especially if you have sensitive skin.

A bit sticky. I know it’s meant to hydrate but even when mixed with a moisturizer, my skin feels a bit tight and tacky. Not seeing the hydrating effects
