Works perfectly
I bought this for my daughter‘s birthday back in September. She got a new iPad for her birthday and he’s always been into art so I wanted to get her one of the Apple pens but to be honest paying the price for one didn’t seem justified maybe for the amount of use that she was going to use it. I opted for a cheaper version of the pen one with half decent reviews and I have to say it’s worked perfectly fine. I don’t think there’s any difference in this pen or the Apple pen if I’m honest charging is nice and easy comes with a small little charging lead which can be charged from the iPad comes with easy to use instructions and some cool little extras on the side of the pens that we didn’t realise for taking screenshots and such. My daughter is 11 finds it very easy to use really likes it and I think it’s worth the money quite honestly even if it lasted a year for the money it really is worth it compared to the expense of an Apple pen would definitely definitely recommend recommend is compatible perfectly with the Apple iPads.

Good product, works as pen format on my iPad, not very exciting to use
Good produce but I think I purchased just expecting more. Connects easily, different tips good and the contact and writing is simple. Nothing really wrong with product I’m just not blown away. Does the job well but maybe I just don’t use it to its full potential. I think maybe it’s the lack of quality apps to use this with that mag be why I’m a bit unimpressed

Good quality and works well. Value for money
Worked great for the kids Ipad, seems to still be working great after a few months of abuse by a young child. Overall great value product

It’s brilliant!
The media could not be loaded. Hi allFirst ever stylus bought to draw with and take notes. It’s great and so fast to pair with my iPad. For the price I’m blown away at how good it is and the battery has lasted a lot longer than I expected. Big bonus being usb-c for charging too. Feels solid in the hand and I expect it to last quite a while. I may never need the extra two tips it comes with. Happy customer

Good pen
Writes really well, good battery life and charges quickly. Stopped working after a few months, but good service from Rosie at Metapen and was refunded without fuss - I have now bought a new one.

Large size
The pencil connects easily and works well, but you have to use Bluetooth for the additional functions. What I didn't like was that it's quite large to hold, much bigger than a regular pen and didn't slot into my protective cover.

Good alternative for the iPad M2
I wanted a second pencil to use with the 2014 iPad Air M2, and the A11 proved a good option. It can work with and without bluetooth connectivity, does all the basic pencil writing/editing, and feels and functions well. With bluetooth switched on, its button can be defined with three functions and can be defined to work with specific apps such as procreate. The limitations include only USBC charging, so magnetic attachment to iPad M2, and being a little thicker than pencil pro. The company advised that they have no plans to produce a pen similar to the pro because of confidentiality with the new apple design. The A11 does not work on bluetooth at the same time as the pencil pro, and it just stops working when the pro is connected. However, switching off bluetooth will allow A11 basic functionality but not anything defined with its button. You can forget the pro on bluetooth to allow A11 full functionality, or if the pro is not in the vicinity then A11 will just kick in as the pro will not connect.I also tested the A8 Air at the time, but returned it and kept the A11. The former does only the basic functionality as the A11 so no bluetooth connectivity, but allows a much longer battery life (20 hours vs 8). It is also a third lighter than the A11.Overall, The A11 is a good substitute to the pro at a lower cost (£16 in the sale when purchased). I would have been more encouraged to get the Apple USB pencil if the A11 price was the full £32.
