Good quality PCB, very easy to program, positive keys with loud beep confirmation, making it very good in noisy environments.Extremely good value for a keypad complete with rain hood and provided with ten proximity fobs!The only slight weakness is the cover retaining screw which is a standard cross head, which I replaced with a security screw.

Quick service, good clear instructions, works well.Additional instructions to dim key illuminations and for programming AUX output would be welcome.

The media could not be loaded. Great quality key pad. Metal construction with a reassuring weight and feel. Highly recommended!

Super impressed with this for the money. It's easy to install and does what it says.Only drawbacks are1. The RFID reader range is really low. Less than 1cm. This is workable.2. The unit can be unscrewed easily to expose the wiring There is a tamper alert but when the locks circuit is effectively broken and the lock open when this is ripped off the wall it's not ideal. But I knew this prior to ordering as it's only for an external gate.

So far so good. Took a bit longer than expected to program but it was probably myself as I'm not used to this kit.doing exactly what I wanted it for. Excellent

Two sets of instructions came with it. One was auto-translated garbage, the others were not too bad, although there are still some things left for the user to discover.Operation is generally ok, although one should note the relay to open the door is inside the unit, so you can just unscrew the single philips screw at the bottom, open the unit and make the door open with a paperclip. There is a tamper detection switch, but this will only prevent unauthorised entry if is also disables the connection to the door until that is reset inside the property. Most people won't have the skill to do that so have a relatively insecure system.The backlight is a joke - has to be seen to be believed. The numbers on the buttons don't light up, just the squares around the buttons. So in the dark all you can see is 12 identical blue square outlines. As you bring your hand up to the unit, a little light might reflect off your hand (depending on the colour of your skin) and if you're lucky it's just enough to see the numbers if you look carefully.

I am going to give this produce a 2 star rating for now. It is well made and looks good, but the instructions are just so bad. Given that others have said the same - I am surprised that a new instructions have nor been posted with the produce item via Amazon. I have the device working but the red led is flashing on and off. is this correct for normal use? or is it showing a fault condition? Would be helpful if the instruction detailed.
