I PLACED A DAMAGE REPORT WITH AMAZON AND THEY EMAILED ME A RETURN LABEL TO RETURN THE DAMAGED ORDER AND ALSO REPLACED THE ENTIRE ORDER WITH A NEW SET OF PENS.
