Repair to balcony floor
I used several of these flash bands in an attempt to prevent leaks in the aluminium grid floor of a balcony. They do seem to be peeling on the top surface from the direct onslaught of rain but certainly have cured some, if not all, of the drips and cascades. They go on very well and are fairly easy to shape. I would use them again.

Great product
Great product. Used it to repair garage roof. Amazed at how it stuck to corrugated asbestos sheets. No primer needed. Would definitely use again.

Repair shed roof.
Been on a year now. Think it will last years. Put it on on a hot dry day , clean the surface. Sticks brilliantly. Used to patch green felt roof.
