I’ve been taking Zipvit Omega 3 Fish Oil for about 2 months mainly to help with inflammation. It’s hard to say how much of a difference it’s made since I’m also on LDN, which has really helped me—so I can’t give full credit to the fish oil alone. That said, I appreciate that there’s no fishy aftertaste (a big win for me), and it seems like a high-quality product with solid EPA and DHA levels.The only downside is the size of the capsules—they’re quite big, which might be a bit challenging for some to swallow. But otherwise, it’s a great value, especially with the 2-month supply in the resealable pouch.Would recommend if you’re looking for a clean, high-strength omega-3 supplement.

Perfect amount for my fish oil supplement! Coated tablets whilst a little big, go down easy with a sip of water due to the coat. Good price and quality.

I've been taking these Omega 3 Fish Oil capsules for a couple of months now, and I’m really pleased with my choice. Each serving gives you a solid dose of EPA and DHA, which I've read are great for heart and brain health.The capsules are easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any fishy aftertaste, which can be a problem with some fish oil supplements. I feel like my overall well-being has improved since I started taking them. They’re a simple addition to my daily routine, and I definitely recommend them for anyone looking to support their heart, brain, and eye health!

2nd day of taking it. The first day I was able to swallow 4 without taking any water, it was really difficult.The next day... I took water and it was very easy. Uhmm, obviously it is too early to say that it is having an effect on me, but for now I can say with confidence it did not bother my stomach. I take 4 each day and it does not provoque me diarhea, or vomit, or hurts my stomach. I reccomend it as it is the cheapest and more reliable version that there is. Until nutrition geek publish theirs.

Order these on a monthly bases and they are great! Well dosed and very good value for money!
