My cable lasted less than 3 months. Tried to get in touch with Amazon basics support with no luck. First of all these people won't let you call support easily and when you do they'll give you a separate number for Amazon basics support which hangs up after few seconds every time you call them.The product may look good but it didn't last too long. Using it with a 40 watt charger. One day it just stopped working. But Boat instead. Those cables last for years.

This Type C to Type C cable from Amazon Basics is one of the best looking braided cable that is extremely soft to touch and has good cushioning around connectors. I assume this cable will last a very long time however braided cables generally do get lint balls over the time but at Rs. 129 it is a great deal. It definitely looks like an expensive cable that you normally get with mid to high range smartphones. Go for it.

I use this for charging my Phone primarily. After almost 2 years, it has stopped working properly. It connects and then disconnects, then again connects and disconnects and it goes on.I'm not sure how can a cable become defective, this should've been easy job. Seeing other people also face similar issue.Liked the quality of cable, however not reliable for longer periods. Didn't expect this from Amazon Basics brand.
