Top quality bit of kit
I had an old knock off copy of a Dremel for years and it was ok, just ok.I’m now doing more Repair Shop type jobs and needed something a bit more substantial and capable. Rather than shell out for a Dremel I decided to give this a try. I was very pleasantly surprised. The tool itself is well made and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into its design. Many different attachments and a safety guard are included as well as a flexible cable extension for more detailed work. The instructions are extremely well written, including instructions on how to use various attachments etc. and comprehensive safety advice on how to not get it wrong. This is very important because it’s a powerful and serious tool and used incorrectly this could easily twist out of your hands and cause an injury. The instructions are a must read.Used correctly and it’s a very good addition to the repair shop.

As good as a Dremel?
Wasn't sure whether a Dremel would be useful or not. Dremel brand seems very expensive if your not sure but didn't want to buy cheap either. This Depstech brand looked a good compromise on price and looked even better in a sale even though I had never heard of them. Used for a month now mainly for use with building Radio Controlled Model Aeroplanes for cutting steel/piano wire/brass and doing some hardwood sanding and shaping. It has performed excellently and the flexi drive that comes with it has been very useful. It feels good quality and the motor runs very smoothly. It hard to see how a Dremel would be better and you get useful tools and case to come with it.

seems good
The item seems decent quality, I have only done a few test runs to try out the accesories. The real dissapointment is when you pay for prime, wait in the next day when the item should arrive and notjhing happens!!

Depstech rotary tool.
Good little tool. Not used it properly yet though as I've only just got it. Good speed range and easy to change the tools.

Good value.
So far, so good. Reasonable amount of power, and flexible extension very useful. Good value for money. Would recommend as a reliable tool.

Powerful!
Purchase this to replace my old Dremel which burnt out after many years. This had great reviews and it is more powerful than my old Dremel, plus it comes with an extension drive! If your looking for a good alternative Dremel, then this is the one you should go for...Power

Defected material
The attached sanding piece got crooked the moment I wanted to check if it works, which was extremely dangerous.
