I’m a fat human who loathes doing sit-ups. I used to force myself to do crunches but I hate them so much I come up with any excuse not to do them. I’ve always looked at this sort of device as cheating but now that I have it, I don’t feel that way. This makes sit-ups easy and even a little fun. It’s comfy and it can handle heavy weight people. And I definitely feel soreness in my abs like I did unassisted crunches. I have it on my living room floor in front of the tv. I’ve been choosing to do sit-ups not guilting myself into it.

After a lot of research and review digging, I purchased this Wonder Core machine to aide in my workout plan. I am disabled, but still take fitness very seriously - being 32 years old and hoping to have many more years to go. I suffer from disabilities in my neck, shoulder, ribs, lower back, and leg. I am able to use this machine daily, and due to its support, I have been able to achieve many more fitness goals than I imagined. It is designed to last, the stitching and mat are solid. It does not wobble, squeak, or slide around. The foam pieces are sturdy and do not move around during movement. Assembly was ridiculously easy, as is storage. You have the choice to add more or less tension, using the two knobs on the back side. It's nice to customize each arm, as one of my legs is much worse than the other. I can ease up on one half if I need to. The size is ideal for a broad range - I am 5'1, 118 lbs and have no problem. My husband is 6'0 and 220 and he has no problem either. He is able to use this machine daily as a big part of his own fitness journey. Since we both share the unit, switching tension settings is a breeze and takes only seconds to do. Included in the box is a manual guide for workouts. I love that there are multiple ways to use the Wonder Core - it's definitely not just for sit ups. You can get a whole body workout with just one piece of equipment. The only problem we haveboth had was doing push ups. There is no comfortable way to do them, we've each tried and it's super awkward. However, the other exercises were completely fine. I would absolutely recommend the Wonder Core to anyone looking for a multi-purpose unit to their home gym set up.

Love it, I work from home and it gives me the opportunity to do leg workouts during the day while I'm working (right under my desk).

The Wonder Core instructions were excellent, and I immediately found that the 8 recommended exercises were just what I needed to help me regain a reasonable level of fitness that I enjoyed at a younger age. I do a morning routine and keep the Wonder Care at the side of my bed, available for a random pick of an exercise choice so I can do a 3 or 4 minute invigorating energy boost to rev me up.

The media could not be loaded. Reiterating the warranty experience again as a review so that others can take into consideration the unit's quality vs. cost when buying.Warranty is one year. However, company may not always honored their warranty, even if the unit is under warranty.-----My experience, in detail:I purchased this unit at the end of January 2024. After putting it away in a corner for months, I decided to put it to use around late May 2024. Started off easy with once a week for 15 - 30 minutes and gradually increasing it to 3-4 times per week by end of June /early July 2024 at roughly 1-hr as maximum for each session. Been using the unit for almost 2 months for a mixture of alternating activities such as sit-up, triceps, ab tuck, and bicycling. Recently, as I was in the middle of bicycling, just about 10 minutes into the exercise, the tension cord connected to the spring on the left handle broke. Heard a loud cracking-like sound while working out and there goes my unit. The left handle bar no longer raised up/operating.Reached out to company via email with pictures and videos. Company promptly responded with half-hearted appologies and no working solution provided (see pictures for proof). Definitely a waste of money & they are falsely advertising in a sense-- especially when there is no mentioning anywhere in the pdf manual that the unit's cable cord that is connecting to the spring can heats up from the intensity of the workouts.For what it's worth, I might as well invested in a high end unit from established brands or buying a similar unit from other brand with lower pricong than getting this junk again-- even with discounted offerings!
