The application needs to update the exercises and add more ideas and exercises constantly

Dont buy it! Very poor costomer support and software updates!
I wish I could give this a zero star. I paid around $1,000.00 for the whole box set a couple of years ago (earlier model). But ever since they updated the program, the volume of the entire set remains very low and cannot be fixed. The box works well, but the app doesn't allow me to increase the volume using my smartphone or iPad (it's not a hardware issue, but a software one).I emailed the customer center but never received any assistance. They keep releasing new models without supporting the previous versions.Very disappointed.....
