I really like this badge maker, it's sturdy and works well.The maker arrived fully assembled and ready to go, no setting up or messing around required. You get the machine itself, 200 badges (metal fronts, plastic backs, films and precut paper discs should you want to use them), some allen keys for disassembly (I'm assuming to swap dies to other sizes because it's not shown in the instructions), a circle cutter and very sparse instructions.I've had a bit of practice time and once you figure out the alignment and make sure you push tight enough when pressing the badges it's very consistent.I've found that although not written in the instructions but shown in the images, you need to line up your badge design with the top at approximately 1 o'clock and the badge back horizontal. Using this I've had good success with badges that line up once pressed. You have to push down the handle quite a bit when making them, children would struggle with this so have an adult handy if you're crafting with the kids!The cutter isn't great, if you can get a 2" (50mm) punch as it will save you a lot of headaches and possible accidents.The pics attached are a doodle on the supplied paper and a doodle on the inside of the film without any paper for a nice translucent metallic effect.I can't fault the value here, if you want to get into badge making this is a great start.

An excellent machine which produces very professional-looking badges. We purchased it for our 12 year old Grand daughter who found it extremely easy to use and the kit was supplied with all the components to make the badges.

Bought this as a fun activity for a kids club and it’s been awful. The machine is easy to use in one sense, but it works badly! The plastic covering for the badge fails 2 out of 3 times so you can’t make the badge. In the process of trying to get the plastic to take it also damages the paper layer so you can’t really make a second attempt at it as the artwork the child has produced is damaged.

This larger button maker was great quality and super sturdy. The assembly isn't too hard but you should be careful not to lose the pieces.The kit came with everything you need including the really great circle cutter for making your own pictures. The learning curve is attainable but you will lose some badges.I really loved doing this with the kids and they didn't have any problems with it, the biting point was a little hard but with some guidance they did great.

I bought this for my daughter as she loves making badges, I wanted to get a proper bit of kit to make them effortlessly. It's so welldesigned and strong, she can make brilliant and professional looking badges with ease! Great craic, especially if you have a printer too

The media could not be loaded. Machine it’s very nice,Unfortunately all the pin badges got rusted after use. My daughter made pin badges, she hand drawn the art and now to find her art ruined , waste of badges and end up with a crying child as all her long hard work got ruined . You can see all that small Brown spots from image it’s rust gone through the paper

My 12 year old bought this with her pocket money savings and it’s been awful. The plastic covering for the badge fails so you can’t make the badge and the parts used can’t be used again. The artwork she’s created for the badge is also ruined. We’ve missed the 30 days to return by a matter of days so my daughter is gutted that her money has gone to waste and there’s no way of contacting the manufacturer from the research I’ve done 😡 DON’T buy
