Poor Product Experience and Inadequate Support
extremely disappointing experience I’ve had with my recent purchase of a Blue Star air conditioner, despite my friends advising me against it due to the brand's declining service reputation.Unfortunately, their warnings proved to be accurate. Just a day after installation, I encountered water leakage from the indoor unit. I promptly raised a complaint with the service center, but instead of sending a qualified senior technician as requested, they repeatedly sent random mechanics.Over the course of a month, I raised three separate service tickets, resulting in six visits and two parts replacements, yet the issue remained unresolved. The unit was opened and tampered with three times within this short period, which raises serious concerns about its long-term durability and performance.Ultimately, I requested the unit to be returned. However, even after two scheduled pickup attempts, the item has not been collected, and my refund is still pending. This has caused unnecessary stress and financial inconvenience.I expected much better support from both Blue Star and Amazon, especially when it comes to after-sales service and resolution of defective product issues. I kindly urge Amazon to expedite the return and refund process at the earliest, as my money is currently stuck and I have been left without a working product.Looking forward to prompt action on this matter.

Star performance
A user friendly pamplet to use Remote will be beneficial.After a week usage feedback = 5 stars for AC performance.Bluestar should review the installation with photos and make it more aesthtic by engineer. Installation staff are n hurry to complete and leave fir next assignment. Customer are at their mercy.

Back cover and side cover missing,
Slowly Blue Star company has started cutting down the cost. I booked my first AC from Amazon and the outdoor unit came with full cover and side guard. Then when I booked my second Blue Star AC the company did not provide side guard and now when I booked my third AC they did not provide me both side guard and back cover. I will never book AC from Amazon again, otherwise I will see that they will send the outdoor unit of AC without any cover or guard. i am very disappoint. request to amazon please look into this matter.
