ممتاز للركبة وانصح الشراء به
السلعة جدا ممتازة والحلو ان يوجد هناك عدد اثنين جل او ثلج يمكن استخدام وحدة والثانيه تكون موجودة فالثلاجة والحجم جدا ممتاز وانصح به

But i still have TWO limbs!!!!
So i didnt realise this when ordering but you receive two ice packs and only ONE velcro strap. But i have TWO sore elbows... i dont have sore knees fortunately... but if i did I have two of those as well... so now if i want to ice two limbs at the same time I have to order the whole thing again... make it make sense!?!?!

Not the best around; used it as a cold pack only but it warms down quickly, not more than 4-5 min. Wish the cool could last longer
