I bought these pans to bake my sourdough bread. I found that the round loaves slices are too big and I prefer the smaller loaf size.These pans are perfect for my needs. They make a nice size loaf when using 500 grams of flour recipes. Tip: I add whole psyllium husk to my dough and get perfect loaves every time!I do the 2 pan method to bake my sourdough and these pans fit nicely together. I place the dough in one, spray plain water in the other and place it upside down on the other to bake. They trap the steam very well and I get a nice rise!The pans have a nice weight to them and clean up easily.

These pans are GREAT and you won't believe how things you bake in them turn out. Banana bread bake perfect and on time. Well made and No-Stick and the pans are not light they are just right. You won't be unhappy when you purchase these.

I’ve been baking for sixty some years. These are the best loaf pans ever! Unlike glass, if one is accidentally dropped when removed from the oven, it DOES NOT SHATTER! 😊 In addition, they are easy to clean.

Would highly recommend. Not the best quality in the world but if you take care of them hand wash them and do not use them in the dishwasher or scrape them with metal they should last. You get what you pay for. Just what we needed at a great price.
